Ms. Creselda Doble is a highly accomplished professional and Technical Consultant, committed to the cause of development work as exemplified by her 43 years of unwavering experience. Holding a fisheries degree from the University of the Philippines, she demonstrates expertise in project proposal development, policy brief creation, and comprehensive technical report writing. Ms. Doble is proficient in database design and management, alongside advanced data analysis. Her skillset further includes strong project management, problem-solving, analytical thinking, exceptional communication, adept stakeholder management, presentation, and time management. Currently, she serves as a Senior Research Associate at the Universities and Research Councils Network on Innovation for Inclusive Development in Southeast Asia, Inc. (UNIID-SEA), with extensive prior experience as a Program Officer for the Ford Foundation International Fellowships Program and Program Administrator for Save the Children United Kingdom. She will also serve as the communications officer for the NEC.
