BERNARDO D. TADEO, Ph.D.

Dr. Bernardo Tadeo is the President and CEO of Full Advantage Philippines International, Inc. (FAPI). A licensed agricultural engineer, he previously served as Executive Director of the Philippine Association of Agricultural Engineers (PSAE). Dr. Tadeo holds a Ph.D. in Energy & Conservation from Kagoshima University, Japan, and was a Chevening Fellow in Energy at De Monfort University, United Kingdom. In the NEC, he will serve as the focal person for fundraising activities.
