FRANCISCO A. MAGNO, Ph.D.

As a Political Science Professor and Director of the Jesse M. Robredo Institute of Governance (JMRIG) at De La Salle University, Dr. Francisco A. Magno brings extensive expertise. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Hawaii, where he was an East-West Center Fellow. He will serve as the NEC's focal person on local governance matters.
