Engr. ELAINE MACATANGAY MORALES

Engr. Morales is a registered Chemical Engineer representing the private sector. She is a consultant for Quality, Environment, Safety, and Health Management Systems, working freelance and through Synerquest Management Consultant Services. She has a Master of Public Administration and is a lecturer at the University of the Philippines Diliman, National College of Public Administration and Governance. She is currently the President of the Philippine Science High School National Alumni Association, Inc. (PSHS NAA) and a member of the PSHS System Board of Trustees. In NEC, she will serve as the focal person on student and youth promotion and networking.
