Ms. Creselda O. Doble

Secretary

Ms. Creselda O. Doble, known to her peers as “Dada”, is a development researcher and program professional whose work bridges science, innovation, governance, and inclusive development. She is a Senior Research Associate at UNIID-SEA under Ateneo Development Studies, reflecting her engagement in research and development work that connects knowledge institutions with social and policy needs. Ms. Doble brings an important public-service perspective that science must not remain only in laboratories and universities but must be translated into programs, partnerships, and opportunities that reach communities, students, teachers, and young innovators. Her professional work contributes to the strengthening of research networks, stakeholder engagement, and evidence-informed initiatives that support national development. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degrees at the University of the Philippine Los Banos and Ateneo de Manila University, respectively.


As a National Executive Council member, she helps advance Sci&Tech Philippines’ mission of building a broader science culture -- one that values research, civic participation, education, and the practical use of knowledge for solving real problems. Her role is especially important in connecting technical experts with communities, institutions, and young people who can benefit from science-based programs. She represents the essential link between scientific knowledge and social impact.
